Refund & Returns Policy — Effective Date: 6 June 2025 • padlyx.com

We want you to love your PADLYX mouse pad. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below before reaching out.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@padlyx.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping if required.


4. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at admin@padlyx.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item and arrange return shipping for the incorrect one at our expense.


5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at admin@padlyx.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Step 2: Wait for our team to respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we provide
  • Step 4: Share your tracking number with us once the item has been shipped

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: We will cover the return shipping cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. PADLYX is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank before contacting us

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on padlyx.com.


9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at admin@padlyx.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.

  • Before dispatch: Full refund to your original payment method
  • After dispatch: You will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
